My work is grounded in helping you understand these responses with compassion rather than shame. Together, we explore the impact of past experiences, soothe the nervous system, and gently rebuild a sense of internal safety.
Therapy may include mindfulness, body-based regulation, narrative processing, Prolonged Exposure (PE), and trauma-informed approaches that support healing at a pace that feels safe for you.
Trauma work is not about reliving what happened. It is about reclaiming your emotional freedom, reconnecting with your body, and learning to trust your inner wisdom again.
