About
Harmony Roots Therapy, PLLC is a healing-centered practice that supports individuals working through trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, and identity concerns. We offer a calm, grounded, and culturally attuned space where clients can explore their inner world with safety and compassion.
Our work blends holistic, creative, and body-centered approaches with evidence-based care. We believe healing happens through connection, nervous system safety, and the slow return back to self. At Harmony Roots Therapy, clients are supported in understanding their patterns, reclaiming their voice, and building lives that feel more peaceful, whole, and aligned.
About Chasity, LICSW, LCSW
Hey There. Welcome In.
My name is Chasity, and I am a trauma-informed, attachment-focused clinical social worker who helps clients heal the patterns that shape their lives: emotionally, relationally, and somatically. My work is rooted in deep presence, cultural attunement, and the belief that people do not heal through insight alone; but through connection, nervous system safety, and the slow return to self.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety disorders, attachment wounds, identity exploration, and self-worth struggles. I support clients navigating anything from chronic worry and panic to relational patterns that feel impossible to break. My clinical lens is grounded in both science and soul by balancing evidence-based care with creative, holistic, and body-centered practices that honor the fullness of a person’s story.
My approach weaves together Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic and body-based regulation tools, Narrative Therapy, expressive arts techniques, and mindfulness-informed practices. I have experience in Prolonged Exposure (PE) and trauma-processing models, and I am expanding my training in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems–informed work (IFS-informed). I blend these frameworks in a way that feels deeply human: warm, collaborative, structured when needed, intuitive, and culturally rooted.
A creative at heart, I believe healing is not only clinical, but also spiritual, expressive, relational, and deeply personal. Clients often describe my style as gentle, compassionate, honest, grounding, intuitive, and deeply validating. I value and foster accountability, collaboration, and resiliency in my clients; each session we share builds upon the last.
I offer therapy for individuals who are ready to move from self-doubt to self-trust, from overwhelm to steadiness, and from old survival patterns into a more connected and empowered version of themselves. It is always hard to begin; but once you do, it gets easier. Promise.
I would like to thank you for considering me as your therapist. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
