Therapy Fees

Therapy fees are based on location, cost of living, and standard rates for licensed clinical social workers in each region. We believe in practicing transparency and allowing you to make an informed decisions about your care.

 

DMV Region (DC, Maryland, Virginia)*

• Initial Intake: $185

• 60-minute Therapy Session: $150

• 45-minute Therapy Session: $135

• 30-minute Therapy Session: $110

 

*These rates reflect the cost of providing care in the DMV area and align with regional out-of-pocket norms.

Southern Region (Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas)*

​

• Initial Intake: $160

• 60-minute Therapy Session: $130

• 45-minute Therapy Session: $110

• 30-minute Therapy Session: $90

 

*Rates are adjusted to reflect regional differences while maintaining the same quality of care.

 

 

 

Sliding Scale Availability

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Sliding scale rates are determined through a brief application process and reviewed periodically. Please reach out using the form below if you would like to inquire about our sliding scale option and availability. ​

Insurance

​

Harmony Roots is in the process of credentialing with select insurance panels.

 

Availability may vary by state.

 

If we in-network with your insurance, sessions will be billed according to your plan’s contracted rate, co-pay, or deductible. If we are out-of-network, you may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your benefits.

Superbills may be provided upon request.
