Identity, Self-Worth,& Life Transitions
Who we believe we are shapes every relationship, decision, and dream.
When self-worth is wounded—by trauma, family dynamics, cultural expectations, or years of surviving rather than being—life can start to feel small, heavy, or disconnected from who you truly are.
Healing self-worth is about reconnecting with the parts of you that never got to feel enough; it is about unwinding old narratives, and learning to exist in your life with more confidence, compassion, and presence.
In our work together, we explore identity, belonging, self-esteem, and the internal patterns that were shaped long before you had language for them.
Therapy may include narrative work, self-compassion practices, somatic grounding, and attachment repair to help you feel more rooted in who you are becoming, not who you were taught to be.
