Anxiety & Panic 

Those who understand, know that Anxiety is more than "worry" about something. Anxiety lives in the body, heightens the nervous system, and convinces you that danger is everywhere, even when you know you “shouldn’t feel" that way.

 

My approach focuses on helping you understand these reactions, calm your body, and gently retrain the mind in ways that feel compassionate and empowering rather than overwhelming.

We work slowly and intentionally: learning skills to regulate panic, uncovering the beliefs that fuel fear, and helping your nervous system remember what safety feels like again.

 

Anxiety Therapy often includes somatic regulation, grounding practices, cognitive approaches (CBT), exposure-informed strategies, and mindfulness to help you build a steadier inner foundation.

 

Anxiety treatment is not about “getting rid” of your symptoms.


It is about building the internal capacity to feel steady and in control again. You are not meant to “just deal with it.” You are meant to feel safe inside yourself.

  • Generalized anxiety

  • Panic attacks

  • Social anxiety

  • Obsessive worry

  • Perfectionism

  • Overthinking and rumination

  • Fear-based avoidance
